Galp-Moeve deal collapse: 700,000 bpd Iberian refining tie-up falls apart
Galp and Moeve have ended talks on combining their refining and fuel retail businesses, scrapping a plan for a 700,000 barrel-a-day refining platform and a 3,500-station retail network across Iberia.
