Risk & Conflicts Disclosure
Not financial advice
MarketRadar publishes market news and analysis for information and education only. Nothing on this site is financial advice. We do not recommend buying, selling or holding any asset. Markets involve risk — do your own research, and consult a licensed financial adviser before making investment decisions. This note appears on every article and in the site footer.
Trading risk
Trading crypto and forex involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Leveraged products can lose more than your deposit. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. This warning appears on crypto and forex coverage on the site.
Data limitations — read the timestamps
- Analysis pages are snapshots, not live pages. Each daily analysis and digest states its "Price as of" time in UTC. Prices and levels after that time will have moved; the page does not update.
- Snapshot versus live. On the homepage, only gold, silver, Bitcoin and Ethereum refresh live (every 60 seconds). Euro / US dollar, pound / US dollar, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq show the latest snapshot value, and the snapshot label says so. Do not treat a snapshot value as a live quote.
- Closed markets. On closed-market days, a US index may show its Friday close, labelled "Friday close - markets closed". That is a past close, not a live price.
- Gold proxy. Gold analysis uses Kraken's PAXGUSD pair as a proxy for gold, not a direct spot-gold feed. See the Methodology page for the full data description.
- Levels are zones, not guarantees. Support, resistance, supply and demand levels are computed from past candles (see Methodology). A level holding or breaking in the past does not guarantee future price behaviour, and scenario triggers describe what would confirm or invalidate a view — they are not predictions that it will happen.
Conflicts of interest — what is verified
- Affiliate and commission links: the site footer states that MarketRadar currently runs no affiliate or commission links (audited October 25, 2026). A fresh check of the built site for this page confirmed that exchange pages link to exchange homepages with no referral or commission parameters, and the only "?ref=" parameters found anywhere on the site are the source publishers' own article parameters (for example, on Straits Times links), not MarketRadar affiliate links. If an affiliate or commission link is ever added, it will be disclosed on the relevant page and in the footer, as the footer already promises.
- Independence, as stated on the About page: MarketRadar describes itself on the About page as an independent site led by Umair, Founder & Market Analyst, not owned by a brokerage, a bank or an exchange, and taking no positions in the assets it covers. This disclosure repeats that published statement; it does not add a new claim about any individual's holdings.
To be confirmed by the owner — not stated as fact
The following items could not be verified from the site's code, data or published pages, so they are listed here explicitly as open owner-review items rather than asserted. Until the owner confirms them, readers should treat them as unknown:
- To be confirmed by the owner: whether the site, its author, or any contributor currently holds, or has held in the last 12 months, a position in any asset covered on the site, beyond the About page's general statement above.
- To be confirmed by the owner: whether MarketRadar has any sponsorship, paid placement, or advertising arrangement with any exchange, broker, project, or data provider (no advertising runs on the site at the time of writing, and no ad code is present).
- To be confirmed by the owner: whether any commercial relationship, referral arrangement, or data-licence deal exists with any provider named on the Methodology page.
- To be confirmed by the owner: whether any contributor is employed by, or contracted to, a company whose assets or products are covered on the site.
If any item above is confirmed, this page will be updated to state it plainly, with dates and scope, instead of leaving it as a placeholder.
