HSFO premium hits $50/ton as Hormuz ship-fuel squeeze tightens, Vitol says
High-sulphur fuel oil premiums have surged to $50 a ton from $5.10 in February as Hormuz ship-fuel flows stay down at least 800,000 tons a month and Russian refinery attacks cut another million, Vitol's Asia head told the SIBCON bunker conference this week.
